Nevada sales tax of 8.1% will be charged to all orders from Nevada residents, regardless of where the item(s) is shipped. Nevada residents will be assessed Clark County tax rates.
International orders are always welcomed. All international orders, postage/shipping is extra, sorry no free shipping for our international clients regardless of total purchase and that includes Canada, eh. Postage charge for international shipping will be the actual shipping cost via Fed Ex, UPS, or USPS. Must email prior to ordering for postage pricing. You will get a list of carriers and cost associated with each carrier. Items are generally shipped internationally within 24 hrs. Must know your own applicable laws. If package is confiscated by customs officials of your country or returned to Outryder International, LTD/Sin City E Smoke, you are still responsible for payment of the item(s). If the item(s) is returned by your country's customs, the payment will be refunded. Shipping cost will NOT be refunded for the returned item. Sin City E Smoke is not responsible for getting the package through your country's customs. You are responsible for knowing applicable laws for the importation of electronic cigarettes, e liquid, parts and/or accessories. Item(s) will be sent as electronic gadgets. We will not ship e-juice internationally, except to Canada.

Return Policy
If you find the items are not to your satisfaction, please do not hesitate to contact us. Please contact us and we will make it right for you. Our goal is to provide exceptional customer service. We will do our best to gain your loyalty and for you to have the best online shopping experience. 30-days money back guarantee on any e cigarette, parts and accessory order and manufacturer's defect except for atomizers/cartomizers. We Do Not warranty or accept returns on any atomizer or cartomizers. We will only accept returns on atomizers and cartomizers if it is shipped back to us within 7 days of receiving the item(s) for any reason. It may sound harsh, yet atomizers can be abused or improperly used and burn out before their time (Please Read Our Limited Warranty section for further details). Upon recieving the atomizer or cartomizer order, you find that it doesn't work, please contact us first. We will either refund or ship a new replacement item to you once we recieve the product. They should last approximately 1 to 2 months under normal use. Manufacturer's warranty is not accepted or processed here. You would have to deal directly with the manufacturer for manufacturer's warranty. Items must be returned to Sin City E Smoke to be eligible for refund or exchange. Return postage costs is paid by the customers and will not be refunded even when the item is returned in perfect condition.
There are NO returns on e liquid or e juice for any reason. People have varied tastes and what may suit one person may not be what another person likes. Therefore, if the e juice/e liquid flavoring or taste is not to your liking, please order another flavor. If you email us prior to ordering a different flavor because you did not like the last flavor you ordered, we will email you a coupon code for 10% off you next e-juice order. It is a consumable item and can not be reconditioned or repackaged or parted out. Sin City E Smoke sells electronic cigarettes or e smokes at super low, outlet store prices to the general public and offers the best, most advanced electronic cigarettes, parts and accessories. In order to be able to keep the prices low, we have made the following policy for product limited warranty and returns. Sin City E Smoke guarantees parts and accessories purchased from Sin City E Smoke for 30 days after receipt of the product. Defective products can be returned within that 30-day time frame for a replacement or refund. Check and test your items within the 30-day from the time you receive the item(s). This 30-day warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by improper handling or installation, improper use, improper maintenance, and use of parts or other supplies not provided by or supported by Sin City E Smoke. Any modification to any e-cigarette, parts or accessories will void all warranties (expressed or implied) and any legal responsibilities. Scratches and dents are not part of any warranty, expressed or implied. Warranty claims for scratches and other abuse unfortunately will not be accepted. To avoid starches and dents, keep the electronic cigarette away from keys, pocket/purse change, etc to avoid cosmetic damage and/or damage to the item's function. This warranty is also void if product is used in an improper way, in any way abused, damaged or modified from its original state. Keep it away from water. Water damage is not warranted even during the first 30 days after receiving the item(s). Rechargeable batteries and atomizers/cartomizers for the electronic cigarette or e smoke are manufactured to the highest standards. Although they are manufactured to the highest standards, these products may fail or degrade over time and use. Due to the normal usage and limited life expectancy of atomizers they are only warranted for 7 days from the time you receive the item(s). Sin City E Smoke cannot be responsible for improper or inappropriate use. Some examples are, but not limited to are, dry burning (using atomizer too quickly between drags and not allowing the e-liquid to replenish the atomizer), use on high voltage units, using e cig parts on batteries or devices not sold by Sin City E Smoke. The average lifespan of an e cigarette atomizer/cartomizer is around 14-60 days. Batteries can be recharged 300 to 400 times depending on its care, maintenance, and usage. Procedures must be followed to prevent malfunction and damage of the product(s). We do not accept any warranty claims if you use the product(s) other than what is stipulated on this website or in the user's manual included with all e smoke starter’s kits.
Sin City E Smoke’s e cigarette uses lithium-ion batteries, electronic circuitry and microprocessors within the unit. Electronic cigarette should be stored and handled with proper care to extend their lifespan. Damage may occur if the battery is not properly charged or is used after the battery flashes low power, dropped, placed near magnets, placed near signal/frequency transmitting devices such as cell phones or electronic keys, or is subjected to humidity, water and extreme temperatures.
